For some it is a first look at MafiaVille, aka MW2(not to be confused with the COD version) and for most it is what you should have expected. Gone is the "classic" button clicking interface and into the isometric view, so popular in other Z-games. So other than the Mafia-like theme, this could be almost like every other game that Z puts out or will put out apparently. Also it begs comparison with other online mafia games from other companies. Notice how the director of MW2 in the video highlights the fact that they have "tons of little animation" as if animation made a game like MW1 fun. Also the PvP(nee Fighting) aspect of the game looks to me like little kids with with their Finger Guns, running around shooting each other {pwaoh pwaoh} but with tons of neat animations, I'm sure. Suffice to say they have completely ignored almost everything or have nary a clue of what made MW1 such a fun+addicting game that is now 3 years ago and maybe on its last legs.
