MAFIA WARS special event loot added 1/19

Some new loot items just popped up in the Mafia Wars inventory. These were just added within the past 90 minutes, and are listed as being from a "special event". I guess The Slammer secret district wasn't special enough? I'm guessing whatever these items are for, they likely have something to do with the upcoming Chinese New Year, and we will see them in Mafia Wars very soon. Just a guess.
